Privacy Policy

April 1, 2021

We respect your right to privacy. It is our intention to inform you of how your personal information will be gathered, tracked, used, and archived within (“the Service”).

All the information transferred between you and our servers is always SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted for your safety and ours. For this reason, the Service does not work without a secure encrypted connection.

We may collect information, including your IP address, in a form that may be personally identifiable. However, we only use this information for analytical purposes, and to safeguard the Service against unauthorized use or abuse. We do not share this information with parties outside your organization without consent.

We use Google analytics to monitor the performance of our public web pages (those you can visit without logging in). Google analytics creates their own cookies independently and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy and cookie practices. You can review Google’s privacy and cookie policies online.

The Service may use cookies and other persistent storage from time to time. This enables us to personalize and/or to remember the state of screens and settings in order to ease navigation and access during your return visits to the Service. The Service does not work without being able to remember basic settings between visits.

The Service may access your web browser’s location information and may transfer this information to our servers whenever you are logged in.

This information allows designated members of your organization to know where you are in real-time. It also enables the system to notify clients of your location and impending arrival.

The Service will ask you for permission to access your web browser’s location before accessing the information.

We have implemented systems and policies to protect your personal information such as registration information. We store all information in a secure Class-A facility. If you make an on-line purchase for a paid service all information is routed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Routeranger may retain the services of external contractors. These contractors may need your information to provide desired services and/or handle order processing. We limit the amount of information accessible to these contractors to keep the personal information of customers secure and confidential. We also require that these contractors use personal information only on behalf of Routeranger.

Routeranger does not rent or sell your information to third parties.

Routeranger adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from the European Union.

There are instances in which Routeranger may be forced to divulge your personal information, such as where required by law, regulation, or litigation. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.

If you believe that we have not complied with this Privacy Policy in relation to your personal information, you may write the Routeranger Privacy Officer at the address below.

We may occasionally make changes to this Privacy Policy. Revision notices will be posted on this web page.
